Whats the difference?
between a decat downpipe and a decat up pipe, are they two different parts or one part with two names?

Up pipe is to the turbo from the engine, and downpipe is from the turbo to the exhaust.
One goes up, one goes down lol.

Different parts. Up pipe is the pipe leading up and into the turbo. Down pipe is the exit pipe from the turbo

it is very confusing, i had this lol, if you have a wrx then you have a cat in both pipes if you have an sti then you have just a cat in the down pipe,

Dependand on year of car. No models had uppipe cats till new age around 2001

well I have an MY03 STI so it looks like I don't have a cat in the uppipe then cheers
