Default 4 pot upgrade - pad overhang

ive just upgraded from the front 2 pot setup to some oe 4 pots on my 93 wrx.
ive used new discs and pads but the pads dont sit central on the discs.
they overhang the disc by about 0.5 mill at the top and are about 5mill higher than they could be at the bottom.
Is this nornal due to the upgrade or has the disc supplier sent me the wrong discs!?
im pretty sure this is going to cause problems sooner or later - brakes sticking, squeel.

ive slacken off the calipers and tapped them in then tighened them up again.
its a made a difference to the point where I am happier. They are right on the edge now.
