Post Is it ok to use Redex in my WRX?

Hi all

Ive recently bought an 01 Bugeye WRX and im just about to give her a good service, do you think its a good idea to use some Redex and then go for a nice run to clean her injectors before i get the fuel filter changed?

Cheers

Jay

I've had my bug WRX since 2002 and all it gets is v-power.........the STi injectors are working hard and still spot on

Not sure additives have any benefit.... IMHO

I used to have a sport and actually found I got about another 1.5mpg after using redex which I was really suprised with. Used it every few months after that when economy slipped a little, I wasn't, however, using v power at the time. No idea if turbo would be the same, haven't tried it.

Personally I'd use one of the Octane boosters with cleaning properties.
