What is the stock turbo for a ver5 type r ?? I think it maybe the vf24 but unsure, is there a sticky anywhere on this?

Also what is the max output on the ver 5 sti engine ( safely of course )

I've just bought a engine minus the turbo and am interested to no my turbo options .. I have the hight ratio box so a fast spool up is gonna be much better option for me, there are just so many vf turbos I'm just wondering which is best for me / suitable for the build
