Does anyone know how to work out BHP from the wheels to what it would be a the flywheel.

If it helps, it is a 1992 Legacy running standard wheels.

I think you also need to know what gear/speed the run was done at to calculate losses - this is performed during the coast down period. There's a big loss difference between 6k rpm in 3rd and 4th gear, so PAW will be different - the idea of the coast down and calculating flywheel power is to remove this discrepancy.

Tyre pressure will also have a large affect...
