2001 wrx bugeye no cats turbo back mot time soon help

hi i have a 2001 wrx bugeye. I brought the car with the straight throu exhaust well i didn't no it was straight throu as i was not told by seller and didn't check.
My problem is what do i need exhaust wise to get it throu the mot

i no i need a cat and there is 2. one on the up pipe and one in the down pipe but do i need them both or will just the up pipe do it please help as im not hot on this subject thanks

Hi there

you will need just one cat,i would fit OE downpipe and after MOT just swap for your decatted downpipe.

Yes is up to you what is easier for you,Up pipe or Downpipe,i think is Downpipe will be easier fit.Up pipe re-fitting is not easy

Or if you have Catted Center pipe this should be good too.
