What is best way to sort throttle cable mounting when changing from original phase 1 inlet manifold to a phase 1.5?

I think from pics the phase 1.5 has the throttle cable / linkage on the o/s of the throttle body, phase 1 has it on the n/s.

Are there any brackets to mod this?
