Default More BHP/turbo advice please

Im looking to get my classic import 95 wrx to around 350bhp, question is will the gearbox/clutch be able to cope with power, what about internals? Car is regularly serviced.

Parts already have,

Standard turbo (whats best one if needed)
Panel filter
Straight through exhaust
s/s headers
440 injectors
platinum 7 plugs
I have a fmic not fitted yet????

Could you please tell me what else is required.

Thanks

that must be running like a dog with no remap, you will need a new turbo, injectors, inter cooler, ecu and your gearbox and engine will most likely die at around that level. Keep it around 300bhp and it should last a bit longer plus you should get there with just an ecu

Top end on your injectors and turbo is 330-340 max, so really it all depends how efficient your mods work together as to whether you will get the expected power output. FMIC is a must really to replace the diddy intercooler.

ECU wise you'll need either a Simtek, Apexi or ESL daughterboard to remap it.

I'd be buying a set of big brakes to stop the car, your 2 pots will be cooked after a couple of hard stops and you wont be stopping at all then

Well my 94 import has 440injectors,panel filter, std TD05 turbo, 3inch turbo back, apexi powerFC, std top mount and it made 317bhp-320ft/lbs on the standard clutch/flywheel. Pulls nice, love the power delivery. So i cant see yours being much different to mine if you get ano apexi or similar
