Default Removing front wiper arms on 1998 wrx

my front drivers side wiper arm is a bit rusty, so was wanting to take it off, treat rust then paint it black and re fit it again. once i remove the black nut covers, to reveal the nut, is that the only thing needing undone to remove the arm completely? havent wanted to just bash on and do it without checking so i aint gonna damage anything lol

Also worth leaving a bit of tape under where the blade was on the window so it goes back on in the same position.
