If you looking for 400bhp would suggest 20G if its budget tight, but if you are looking in near future for more SC46 billet is best turbo for money, great spooly turbo and really great turbo.

20g is great turbo if you are looking for 380-400bhp.

If you are looking for nice 450nhp+ SC46,MD321T are two turbos which do job nicely.

If its your engine treated well will hold 450bhp+ without the problem, same like Box will hold the bhp(i mean 6 speed)

Not sure,VF30 is great turbo(which one have good spool too),but if you are looking for spool SC46 or VF34 is great choice.

Your vf 30 will spool faster than a 20g. Depends also on who's 20g your buying. Any bigger turbo comes with increased lag. If you want a fast spoiling 400bhp turbo, my personal choice is md321h. It's tried and tested, gets the figures and IMHO worth the extra cash over the sc range for that reason. The sc range is also very good especially with the billet wheels. Ring lateral and have a chat with mark. Very helpful guy with lots of info. There are often 321h for sale on here for reasonable. I ran a 20g on my car and have just gone to a lateral 321t. Love it. Miles apart in performance from the 20g
