Default Track Day Missfire?

During a track day last week after about four laps the car developed what felt like a misfire (single judder under hard acceleration).

I slowed down and cooled the car down in the pits but it happened again on the next session again single judder under hard acceleration on lap four.

I use the car most days and hav'nt experienced this on the road either before or after.

Not sure if its cooling or fuel issue.

The car is a classic waggon and has lower stiffer suspension, bigger anti roll bars, big brakes and a chip with about 270 BHP.

I’ve yet to fit a front mounted intercooler but this is on the list of things to do.

Any advice welcomed.

How old are the plugs and what plugs are you using? If they are going off so to speak they can cause missfires. Ive just had same issue as you, fresh set of plugs cured it.
