hi,

has anyone any experience of taking a 6speed sti8 setup (not DCCD) and building it in to a classic 3 door shell?

what are likely to be the hurdles, biggest issues with doing this?

it is for a track car, I want to shed some weight and go 3 door, fully caged etc.

sti8 is fully forged and running about 450/430 but saved up enough to go up to 500bhp+ so factor that in maybe.

just a general enquiry at the moment as I know you guys on here know your ****.

would love to keep the whole 2003 set up (including BC coil overs etc) but switch to a lightened 3dr.

any comments welcome. be kind though.
