Default any one running an ap racing clutch passed 400hp on a five speed

as im need a clutch that can take over 450hp and 390ft and not give up the ghostt after a year or 9000 miles and it has to be organic as i only use my car as a road car and i never lunch my car, will an ap do the job or helix as eceedy clutch and all the uprated ones can even handle my present power of 390hp ish 360ft

mine has been fine for a few years now (touch wood)

2.1 stroker, and around 450 bhp 400 lbft. have also got a act billet flywheel

so is that a five speed on a six spee dbox then becaucse thats what i have a six speed box in my classic and just want a five speed

its a standard version 6 sti 5 speed box

Sorry to but in but how long have you been running 450/400 on a std STI v6 box? Miles/years?

at a guess around a year now. bit it has been at 350, 380, 420 for around 4 years.

it all depends on how toy treat your cars, treat them with respect and well serviced and they will last.

there are a few people on here who are/were running more power and doing a fair bit of drag work on them and they stod up quite well.

i have just had my ap racing clutch fitted and the pedal feels light as hell is yours like this but there is none of that **** judder from them exceedy ones lol
