Fault Code P1095
Hi All.
After along time away I am back behind the wheel of a scooby
I have a lovely 2003 WRX in WR Blue and I love it.
However I have developed an intermittent fault the comes on from cold now and again then later in the day goes again. The fault has not effected the drive at all but I dont like seeing the warning light on my new toy.
I purchased a OBDII scanner I its reading:
P1095 "Tumble Generated Valve Signal 1 Circuit Malfunction (Short)"
Now WTF does that mean???? Oh and should I worry?
Thanks in advance

Will have a look to see if I can see anything unplugged.
If the sensor can be disabled I am assuming its not important then & nothing to worry about?
It is supposed to help reduce emissions at low speeds; mostly, it serves as an obstruction to good airflow, and to produce a CEL when either the motor or the (very sensitive) sensor (which is just a throttle position sensor) break. They are located in the riser piece under the intake manifold and on top of the block.
This will cause more problems,not just one problem,best to do is get rid of TGV via TGV Delete and disabling via ECU

TGV = tumble generator valve
