I've just noticed the boot carpet is damp (condensation rather than soaking due to a leak) where the edges tuck between the wheel arches and rear light clusters (in the exteme LHS & RHS). Pulling back the trim on the RHS there is a vent with some condensation in the general area where the outer skin and boot floor meet. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly found a cure.

Any help gratefully received.

Are you 100% sure its not a leak, sounds like it might be (to get condensation surely you must have damp in the air, in the first place). It might be worth checking that there isn't any water around the bottom of the spare wheel well, and a good look around the rear light clusters. Mine like so many started to leak around the lights. I just removed them, cleaned old sealant off, resealed and refitted - perfectly dry now!
Edited cos my typing is ****e, must get myself a secretary

If I where you I would remove the rear light units and reseal them to the rear panel, we have known water to get in there.

Thanks for that guys, I'll try resealing the lights once the better weather arrives (I think we're due a sunny day around August!)
