Which plugs & oil
I am just finishing my "project" which is a 2 3.5 with ported heads and uprated cams etc - should be looking about about 450bhp when she's finally finished. I need to know which plugs would be best to use and also which oils to go with a 6 speed gearbox

I'd go for the Denso VK22 or IK24 plugs

You need a 75w-90 for the gearbox and diff*and here are the ones we have.

If you want to go for the best, the Millers CRX 75w-90 NT, Gulf Competition, Motul Gear 300 and Redline 75w-90NS are ideal for the gearbox.
