mafless+ induction
Decided to clean up my engine bay, and wont to replace to silicon pipe from turbo to maff, and also wont to completly remove the maff, can i get a pipe to do this so i can feed induction filter into my inner wing ?.
And as anyone made one at all, i have loads of 52mm fmic pipes lying about and may attempt to make one.

ive done the same. ive made mine out of alloy fmic pipe and joiners, mine is still located in the engine bay but ive made a cold air feed from the side light (side lights located in the morretts now ) you need to re plum the icv back into the intake, the rest can be lost the only down side is heat soak compared to silicone, i will be keeping an eye on this

ive used a newage core 700mm long 90mm thick (245mm tall i think), turbo outlet is 56mm but i used a 50mm slither of silicone stretched over the inlet to bulk it up, then used a 60mm t piece off the turbo with a 25mm take off for icv. then alloy pipe with joiners to make the bends, then used 60/76mm (throttle body joiner) for the air filter coupling. planning to use a hks mushroom once mapped. maff in picture is just for mock up.

couldnt tell you mate, sound a little small tho. i think im risking it a 60mm. all i can say is see if you can get it up to 76mm by the p/s resivior or soon after or bigger if possible
are you having antilag

ive just done this, had some inlet ast pipe lying around. got a silicone reducer to fit to the turbo, awkward bits are getting the reducer to fit on the turbo and you have to put a dent in the bend on the alloy pipe where it goes past the p/s pump, wasnt too bad a job but ive got no pipes underneath ,its alot cleaner with out all that crap underneath the mani. ive also wrapped mine in that reflect a gold tape, whether it does anything or not - god knows but it looks bling

ive made the side light vent myself, it took me 2 days of fiberglass and filler to get to that stage. i was thinking of making a mold of it and start knocking them out

the cold air intake?
i molded in a 50mm silicone tube to the back and then used silicone joiner and 50mm alloy fmic piping to direct the air to the bay. the side light hole has had a good trimming to to get the pipe behind the wing.

assuming you have fmic you need to have a 10mm boss welded to the intake pipe by the throttle body for the new air flow sensor. if you have tmic you can simply drill and tap it to lacate the sensor on the ic. then the 2 wires on the new airflow sensor get fed back to the maff plug so the ecu can read the signal.
