Default Simtek ecu features

Just a quick question guys. If a simtek ecu doesn't currently have al and LC enabled is it just a question of enabling them when it's remapped?

Enabling is usually for extra cost £150 for ALS and LC.But if you buying used, ask if its enabled ALS and LC.

It's has them but there not enabled was the reply to that question. Can they be enabled retrospectively? Or am I best waiting for one with the features enabled?

Yes it is just a case of asking the mapper to enable them when remapped at cost.

As above can be enabled later without the problem.

To keep the cost of the Simtek down so it is accessible to all as an aftermarket ECU option Simtek decided to make the option for launch and anti-lag an optional extra. Bear in mind that you cannot buy an aftermarket ECU that has the Simtek features for any less, it is the best and most cost effective solution on the market.

Thanks,

Graham
