My impreza had an aftermarket steering wheel fitted with a modified/bodged nardi boss out of original steering wheel, i have just changed it back to a standard sti nardi wheel and have a very annoying noise and rubbing against the switch/ignition guard (Cant remember what its called ) which sits behind the steering wheel.

I have tried removing the wheel again and tried adjusting the guard but the problem is still there. Anyone else had similar problem. would a washer maybe work on the back of the steering wheel just to hold it away from guard as its very close to it at the moment.
