Default Newage Up-Pipe

Looks like my up-pipe needs replacing, so would be a good idea to get it upgraded at the same time.

What is a good one to go for?

I gave dan a stainless one that I got which was new, 2 bolt so will fit standard headers. Might be worth giving him a shout or I'll speak to him when I get back home tomorrow

Depends on what Turbo you're planning on running Gary. With the standard VF35 there's little point in upgrading. If long term the 321T is still in your mind I'd wait till then before upgrading and get one of Harvey's designed to work with that specific turbo

U can have mine for free, nothing wrong with it. U sorted me out to much in the past 04 Sti.
Or u could get the headers and up pipe from Simon J G M. He had a great deal on new ones

Cheers folks

The VF35 will be on there for a few more months, but a MD321T will be going on later this year

He can make one to work with a T? Really?

Hi Moley,

IMHO, the GT Spec headers would be regarded as necessary to get the maximum benefit from fitting a "T"...

But not the GT Spec up pipe. Far too large in diameter which seriously effects spool. If you tell Harvey the spec of the car, he has I think 6 different designed down pipes designed for exactly your requirements.

I keep reading that gt spec headers are bad for spool, but my own car spools to 1 bar by 2900'ish RPM. Turbo is a Andy Forrest TD05-20g on a 2003 WRX, so the headers can't be all that bad (plus the JGM map will help, of course)
