up pipe blowing.

Default up pipe blowing.

hi, my up pipe is blowing on my type r v3, how easy are they to change .
Also is there a guide anywhere .

not that hard to do yourself, just takes a little time, you would be better removing the headers from bbottom, so jack can up at front and undo the bolts attaching the headers to underside of block, or at least the up pipe side, then just undo the bolts attaching to turbo, up pipe has to come out down the way and sometimes needs a fair bit off wiggling and moving but will eventually come out, best to buy new suabru gaskets to replace.

Thanks for that ,will i have to undo the downpipe bolts as well.

You may need to take the downpipe off to gain access to 2 of the uppipe bolts at the back of the turbo, I had to when doing mine.
