Default head gasket

hi my headgasket is on way out. the passenger one. would it make sense to replace both sides and how easy a job is it, and any advice would be perfect cheers

Definately. My local garage is replacing one at the momwnt. Its an engine out job so if clutch hasnt been done probably as well to do that aswell and the timing belt. Save you doing it later or one of them going aswell.
He is charging around £1000 to do the job but he is the cheapest around so will range anywhere from £1200 - £1600.

clutch in good nick, i got some of the tools to do the job myself. cheers

If your going thru all the effort to get the engine out do both gaskets! Get heads pressure tested and skimmed! Gonna cost you £100 but defo worth it!! Reset tappets adjustments if not hydraulic. As above check clutch and fit new if even half worn, DO the timing belt, never reuse! Oil, filter and spark plugs too! Do it right, do it once and have fun
