Default boosting issues

i know this has been done to death but mine having a odd one

everytime i see boost car jerks badly and occasional backfires

it is quite heavily modded but been great since remap 6 months ago
99uk2000

vf 24
reverse inlet
FMIC
large K&N
3in exhaust
mapped to 300hp

as i say been great until today on way home

open to any suggestion please

lol thats not heavily modded check the obvious, plugs first

is heavy enough

was trying to paint a picture so you would know not a standard setup

taken plugs out they look quite black and damp

what plugs are they and whats the gap ? if the plugs and gap check out you might want to check the o2 sensor, whats it like on fuel ?

always been heavy on fuel and had a new 02 sensor a month ago

i will check gaps tomorrow when i get home from work

dropped it into my mappers today to find a very shot plug ceramic all cracked
new plugs and back on form

had a compression test done while there and i have a very healthy engine so happy days

thank you for you help with this
