Help! Front ARB Issues
Hi All
got a set of Hardrace front & rear droplinks from Bren @ apex to go onto my standard arbs. Rears are perfect & fit really well.....
However i am having an issue with the fronts, thay are shorter than standards & presumably that 'firms up' the posistion of the arb?
Anyhow the issue i have is im pretty sure that my arb could be bent inwards as the drivers side droplink keeps popping off its rubber mount that bolts to my ally wishbone & ends up sitting next to the rubber mount it should be over - Would a bent arb cause it or is it because i have a standard arb & need to use standard drop links? I'm guessing & hoping its a bent arb...
The car has been in front end accident before i bought it & i have replaced practically everything except the front arb.
Should i just get another front arb from a breaker?
Unable to stretch to a whiteline or similar as i have just bought a uk sti 8 short block from David @ API & loads other bits ready for the heart transplant over easter
Any info/advice appreciated.
Thanks
