Default Removing air con from classic

Hi All

I am removing the air con from my classic sti v4,when the standard aircon belt is removed what type of belt do i replace it with and can this be got from main dealer or motor factors? Will the rest of pulleys be okay when aircon setup is removed?

any info would be great

Mark

if your removing the AirCon, why would you need to replace the belt?
or am i missing something?
the Alternator has it own belt so it cant be that
just remove the pump, condenser, evaporator and pipe work.
thats what i did with mine....and every other car that has had AirCon that i have owned!

Does yours work, I am lookig for a replacement pump/compressor as the bearing has gone on mine. If it matches up to mine I wouldn't mind taking it off your hands

Just the obvious, weight loss and an increase in air flow.

I have a working compressor off my MY93, not sure if it's the same as yours.
