If you're taking off the whole assembly leaving the glass in it's pretty easy. Pop off the gaiter on the inside of the door and there are three bolts holding the assembly on. The black plastic triangle is part of it. You need to pop the door trim off to unhook the electrical connector as I remember, a trim removal tool is best for this but a screwdriver and brute force does the job, if you don't mind the risk of damaging the clip and the door trim not quite snapping back properly.

If you're taking the glass out, you need to warm the rubber lip that holds the glass in. Best bet is a hairdryer on hot passed over the lip until it's soft, then use a credit card to lever the glass out. Boiling water would work too, but it would take quite a bit of water until it's soft. Don't use a blowtorch or similar which would melt the plastic rather than soften it
