just rebuilt the misses wrxsti and on tick over its a bit lumpy and if you just lightly touch the throttle it almost cuts out, not not all the time?

What year is it?
Check all hose connections including the inter cooler and inlet manifold bolts. Check the timing marks all line up.
Also check the air filter assembly is properly fitted and the clips are all tight.

 

yeah been through all that. its 1995 on a m plate.
