Default Water leak

I have a pipe on my import WRX turbo that is leaking water but I don't know a lot about the engine side of cars so need some help to find out what the part is called so that i can get a replacement. it is on the back side of the engine right next to the exhurst/turbo. It has a silver cover on it which I think is a heat shield but not totally sure. and is abut 6inchs long.
not the best discription but Any help on this would be great also if anyone knows a good place to get parts for that would be great to.

Thanks
Cakes

Would that not be the turbo water feed?? As it is so close to the turbo.

The description would point to that.... the heat shield is the turbo heat shield, and there are two lines (input and output) for water in that area....

Are you sure its a water leak? As there is also oil in this location too

Thanks for the replies guys. I was thinking it might be something to do with the turbo. I'm sure it is just a water leak as the liquid coming out didn't feel like oil.
Anyone know some where half decent to get hold of one of these bits of pipe????
