im looking at buying an old scooby. ive wanted one for years but could never insure one. i prefer the old shape ones about 95 ish. what would be the best model to get. what sort of propblems wll i get. what sort of things go wrong at high milage. if there looked after what sort of milage can you get out of these. im pretty good with the mechanic side of things so could do work myself but have not had anything to do with these at all. any advice would be greatly apreciated.

I,d say try to get a late Uk classic. My last Scoob was a X reg Uk and it was a great car, especially modified. You should be able to get a good one for less than £3000. Steve.
