Default Car has no go

Hi i own a turbo 2000 on an x-reg, and i am slowly buying things for it. its standard apart from a 3'' decat pipe. I bought some silicone vaccum pipe for it and set about replacing the originals. when i replaced the orignals all was fine and then yesterday i went out with the misus. the car drove fine then when i opened it up it didnt seem to running hardly any boost. It never missed a beat and drives spot on it just doesnt pull very hard. Now the engine check light has come on! has anyone else had a simaler problem. Ive checked all the vaccum pipes and dump valve, im guessing its the Y-pipe split but i cant see anything. please help me

put the original vacuum pipes back on, if you have replaced the boost control pipework you have taken off a pipe with a small olive in (connected to the boost solenoid) that you need to help control the boost
