ARD conrods, any good?

Has any one used ARD conrods before or know if there any good?

would they be a decent upgrade over sti ones?

Did anyone use them in a Subaru?

They can be bought for pennies: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MakeTrack=true

but I wonder if they ain't any good?

not something i would personally go cheap on, buy a decent known branded set
