Dunno about newage, there is one under a coin tray, driver's side under dash.

Do you not have a manual?

All fuses seem fine, which is annoying. Does that mean poss heater matrix?

had you done any work on the car recently?

only reason i ask is cuz i recently found out the horn relay is behind the fusebox in the drivers footwell on a classic. not sure where the heater relay is, but if youve done any work on the car in that area or in the dash, something might have been disturbed

Fuses SEEM fine? They either ARE, or they aren't.

Yoiu need to identify which fuse protests the circuits that are down, remove it and test it properly.

My manual is for a 98 car, so may not be any good.

Unlikely to be a relay controlling BOTH things. If the horn has started working again too, it may be a connector somewhere
