had you done any work on the car recently?
only reason i ask is cuz i recently found out the horn relay is behind the fusebox in the drivers footwell on a classic. not sure where the heater relay is, but if youve done any work on the car in that area or in the dash, something might have been disturbed

I havent but i know what your saying, I will investigate properly tomorrow i say me its my bro whos the king of this type of thing hopefully he will fix it. knowing my luck its the heater matrix! Just weird about the horn going at the same time.
Fuses SEEM fine? They either ARE, or they aren't.
Yoiu need to identify which fuse protests the circuits that are down, remove it and test it properly.
My manual is for a 98 car, so may not be any good.
