Whilst checking out my upgrade options from the PPP I came across this and it doesnt mention the fuel pump which I thought it had like on the 03+ models. As you can see it's listed for the 03

So my question is, does my car have one and how can I tell the difference between the standard pump and the uprated variant?

On another note what injectors are fitted to my car, 550 s?

Fuel pump wasn't upgraded on the 02 models butwas on all the models +02, yep injectors are pink 550's

The MY02 PPP would have an uprated fuel pump, doubt it was made by walbro though.

Were there not instances of early PPP STi's going pop, which is why Prodrive subsequently included the uprated fuel pump as part of the kit?

eek i hope not! Any way of checking as mine has since been remapped by the previous owner and i have no idea if he had one fitted?
