Default advice wanted!!!!

im building a track car (impreza version 1) it will never be on the road.
When i bought the car i was told the car was about 310bhp that was untill it melted 2 pistons so im gonna build a forged engine in due course but for now i have a spare 96 sti engine.
I will put the sti engine in so i can get some track action.
I will list what the car has on it now but i want to get 350 bhp so im after some advice on how to reach my goal please.
ej20 sti engine
apexi ecu with controller
apexi cone filter
sard fpr
gready boost controller
td05 turbo
tubular headers + up pipe
3" exhaust turbo to tail
fmic
bailey dv
550cc injectors
parallel fuel lines
2l swirl pot with bosch 044 pump
Any advice would be great and just to add i live near zen motorsport so it will be going there for a remap as soon as she is put back together.

Looks like a good base to start from. I would be looking for a new turbo depends if you want to stick at 350bhp

what turbo would i need?
350bhp would be good for this engine as with standard internals i wouldnt want to push it to much.
