Default Help with boost issue PLEASE!

Hi all, replaced boost pipes with silicone ones, initially forgot to re-fit brass filter so car run .5 bar boost. Was reminded on here to put filter in , done that and now Im having a nightmare............
Car boosts uncontrollably and will peak at 1.6 till boost cut kicks in.
Could I have damaged actuator??? Ive donr the obvious checks for leaks, but all good. The only thing I didnt refit was the rubber pipes with reducers to boost solenoid, shouldnt be that though, should it?

Thanks guys..........

Sounds like you haven't fitted the brass filter properly in the pipe.

You need to make sure it's 100% dead central in the pipe.

Fortunately for me mate I kept the old pipes. If youve still got original pipes have a look in pipe from turbo side, it should be in there man
