Idle control valve/sensor

Sorry to sound stupid but does anyone know where that is located and how much would it cost?
My 97 turbo 2000

its at the back of the inlet manifold to the right of the throttle body
its facing away from u as u look at it

New from a dealer they are astranomical, around the £300 mark iirc.
