Default Petrol smell

My bugeye seems to have developed the inevitable petrol smell in the mornings, I know from reading on here what the problem is but I’m sure I read somewhere that you can get it done by Subaru under warranty/ recall is this correct?

Cheers Tom

How did you get them to fix it foc and what was the fault in the end?
Mine does this-but its only when its 0 degress or colder. My subaru garage couldn't find a fault or any leaks.
