Question Blue smoke help...

Right guys noticed recently that my car has started to have a haze of blue smoke on throttle and is quite noticeable on WOT (not a cloud but quite visible by eye)

Quick spec:
2005 sti8 with 50k on clocks
TD05 18G
headers
up pipe
sports cat exhaust
remap

any ideas what it could be related to?(i know its oil being burnt) thought well engine is young and in good condition so cant imagine its the rings?
possible valve stem seals?
turbo's oil seal?

is there a common fault i have missed? the engine i thought was pretty bomb proof and the turbo was new so kinda stumped as to why it might be pushing oil through from somewhere

whats the easiest way to do a compression test? getting it down there is going to be a right pig!... is there an easy method?
