Welcome
Rear shocks can be an issue, badly maintained models should be avoided, A-DCCD (little switch near the handbrake), test in both auto and manual, and on lock and open (manual), should be free moving on fully open and a lot of resistance on lock when doing low speed manouvers.
If I can find the buyers guide then I shall post it up but I would also look at a JDM car as they are superior in every way over a UK car
