Default i think my boost controller solenoid is boogered

my93 wrx import only boosts to 0.6bar boost pressure occasionally it will boost 0.9 i think this might be my bcs i have reset ecu and no fault codes the plumbing seem right for it any ideas or should i get a perrin boost control solenoid???

Maybe check all vac pipework thoroughly for a split/crack?

i have looked everywhere for vac leaks etc tryed 3 different dv,1x maf sensor when i put my mbc on it on the lowest setting it constantly overboost no problem with low boost there lol

is that the part on the turbo/exhaust ? how do they go wrong i thought they were just flaps attached to a bar lol?
