check valve to brake servo, which way round?

Default check valve to brake servo, which way round?

hi,
can anyone tell me which way the one way check valve goes on the pipe from the inlet to the brake servo? its on a 95 sti,

I think (as the booster is vacuum operated) the valve should be allowing air through from the booster to the manifold, but not allow manifold pressure to reach the booster.

So if you have the valve inserted in a piece of hose the end your mouth is on when you CAN blow through should be on the booster.

aah, so if there was an arrow on it, it should be pointing to the inlet manifold, away from the servo?
