hi i have a 1995 wrx import and need to remove the bottom end. got most it the bolts off just need the turbo off to make it easier, removed the downpipe to make it easier except the pipe that runs under the engine to the front i cant get that off what would be the easiest way to remove the turbo with that on. any advice is great

hi,i take it your removing the engine completely to fix the bottom end now that uve disconnected the downpipe why not remove the engine with turbo still attached and remove those bits later when its out with easier access.

As above you can leave manifold up pipe and turbo attached to the engine and remove later its much easier, there are only a few bolts on the gearbox the worst one is the bottom one ? undo with 14mm spanner you will not get a ratchet in there, its tight m8 but keep at it
