as above, im finding mine are starting to leak at different joint on the headers. i want to seal them all properly.. does anyone have any tips other than get new gaskets?

Both flange faces must be flat or they will never seal.
Slip jointed uppipe such as I supply and the problem goes away providing the fitter tightens up each fastener in sequence, bit by bit.
