i plan on running more power on my 54 type uk STi.

i have the exhaust and headers sorted, air filter, fmic and a few other odd bits.

but im still unsure of what injectors to get, and what turbo?

was looking to run methonal and aim for over 400bhp which iv been told is easily achiveable if i get a decent turbo.

so anyone got any recommendations? ie what size or brand injectors, and what turbo?

With a FP green turbo and 650cc injectors I was running 400 bhp with a 3 inch exhaust and sports cat. Changed exhaust for 3.5 inch de-cat and now at 416 bhp. This is on a 2l with v-power or tesco 99, no methanol.

ok, so with menthonal and headers, 400+ should be easily achiveable?

been told by a trusted mapper on here that with the following i could get close to 450...

headers
up pipe
good exhaust
air filter
fmic
injectors
decent turbo

anything iv missed on here?

Very interesting, getting my car back next week so will find out what the Andy Forest Td05 20g, 840 cc injectors and the rest, but lots of people say the new ms series from lateral or jolly green monster or scoobyclinics garret monster gt43 good luck

3 port boost solinoid, and a good mapper

Missed the 3 port, a parallel fuel setup would be a good idea and uprated fuel pump is essential.

sc46 headers might aswell get 800s so u have some saftey margain my pal has a sc46 for sale 800 quid if interested will see circa 420-450 on straight pump fuel
