Smile hesitant on acceleration

hi all just wondering if anyone has come across this fault,i got a standard v3 sti my97 on light acceleration ,say half throttle in 3rd gear got a hesitation as if someone was swithing ignition off and on about 3 times then it cleared on reducing the throttle and on increasing the revs slightly it went fine, have had no problem on normal driving and fuel consumtion has been ok,anyone got some ideas i could look at say a turbo boost sensor maby, didnt get any cel lamp when it happened and it has done it twice now ,kind regards and happy new year all, paul

buy plugs from the internet/motor factors, about a quarter of the price of them from the main dealer.

If the car is running std boost use 6's. If its been modified and is running more than std boost use 7's. Avoid the iridiums if i was you, mine lasted 120 miles. Platinum all the way
