baffled Sump......Advice please

Baffled sump for type ra.
standard headers
Car will be used on track days

Where and what do i buy ??
Please can you give us first hand experience

Unless you are running slicks, chances are you don't need a baffled sump and your money could be well spent elsewhere.
Your choice of headers will depend on your turbo particularly and spec in general.
Baffled sumps are sold by both RCMS and Lateral amongst others or you could try ASPerformance
