Default car wont start!!!

hi everyone...i have a 1997 sti v3
mods are: simtek ecu,fmic,740 injectors, parallel fuel rail mod, unequal headers and full exhaust 3inch,induction and few other bits

i was having trouble few weeks back with my car...it wasnt revving upto 3k properly and after that it was fine...i tried to start it the other day and it tried starting but kind of gave up and now wont even try to start...it just cranks over
i have took the fuel line off and fuel is coming in,also checked the spark (took each lead off and put a spark plug at the end of it and it was sparking) if it was flooded i suppose it would try to start and not just crank???
could this be a ecu related issue?

any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated
zak

Bro check the coil pack & leads. Also check if the relay is clicking, if not then its faulty.

Fuel relay located under drivers footwell on classic i think . You have to actually be very close to it so that you can hear it click when you turn the ignition.

i have changed fuel pump back to old one as the low rev range issue started after fitting the new pump but will try starting it later on as battery is dead!
might take plugs out aswell and gap them properly and see if it works
hope it does lol
