Who is remapping your car tomorrow and what ecu are you going to use? those would be the first 2 questions you need to ask before even attempting to fit a TD05, unless you want to blow your engine up that is?

Just a little confusing ,is your td05 top entry or has it been converted to front entry, either way it should have a water inlet pipe on top and one at the bottom, maybe you are looking at the oil feed pipe ?

The 2 rusty looking pipes are your water inlet/outlet pipes, the shiny brass one is your oil return pipe ,can you post pics up as it should be a straight swap over

that pipe is the oil feed. if you havnt got that, the oil will flow over the back of the engine.

the one fromt the 04 may fit, but you deff need it before runing the car

Yes ,you can use the one off the td04 it is a simple swap over.. if you do decide to drive the car before you get it remapped might be worth connecting a length of pipe /hose from the wastegate actuator to the turbo compressor housing, that way you not be running on full boost ,only wastegate pressure which will be quite safe till you get it remapped.

Yes mate ,if you turn the boost right down, and drive the car sensibly it should not cause you any problems till it can be safely remapped
