Recomended cold thermostats?
Hi,
planning on running a colder thermostat, sick of running 90C (200F) PLUS all the time with the OEM thermostat.
What cold thermostat would you recomend? A 70C (160F) thermostat is what Im looking for as a starter, or hotter if it opens really fast perhaps..
PS
I know this is a subject of several strong opinions, some say go low, others use OEM. I am the closest thing you got to a local tuner in my area, and my experince is that colder thermostats increases the reliability of a small, high strung engine, so pleace dont make this a discussion on cold VS hot thermostats. But Im new to Subaru, thats why I ask. By the way, the car is as much a daily driver, as a track monster (280 WHP), but I also want hot air inside the car in the winter.
