Hi there your headers has been heatwrapped(properly)?
And you are really don't need any headers(aftermarket)if you don't go or passing 400BHP,your std headers are capable and have good flow(or go just for ported headers from Harvey, which are tested and proven, not me but more people from SN).
And about the Japspeed headers, these are same like eBay s..te

All depends which one's you want mate as Harvey does a few different types.
He has 2 bolt gt spec and 3 bolt type and it is more if you want DEI heat wrap,id send him a PM and have a word fella and tell him your spec and he would advise you which would best suit your needs

If you are really going over 400BHP you can try Harvey headers or GT Spec headers.
As you said japspeed are s..te,don't brother more with these headers.

The ported cast headers flow well up to about 400 bhp but for anything beyond the smoother bends and larger diameter of the stainless tubular one's are best mate

most of the 3 bolt headers are the same, but with just different peoples logo on them rcms, gt spec etc. the differents between the duff 3 bolt type and good ones is the venturi bit where all the pipes collect together. if it is nice and smooth, they are good, if it looks like someone from FC has weilded them together then they are bad. (this might be all wrong, but remember reading/being told this on here somewhere)

nice smooth one

RCM and others all come from the same source, maybe you have been unlucky, mine have ceramic coating flaking off now after a couple of years... but seem intact.
